Our Story

More Than A
Workshop

TEC AUTO SERVICES was founded with one clear purpose: to give continental car owners an alternative to the dealership — one that offers the same expertise, better transparency, and a genuine personal relationship with every client.

Based at Carros Centre, Jalan Lam Huat, our workshop is fully equipped with OEM-level diagnostic platforms and staffed by technicians trained specifically on European and continental vehicle systems — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Hybrid/EV models.

We don't just fix problems. We explain them, document them, and work with you to keep your vehicle performing the way it was engineered to.

What Drives Us

Our Core Values

Everything we do is built around these three principles — every car, every visit, every time.

Specialist Expertise

We focus exclusively on European and continental vehicles. Our technicians train continuously on the specific platforms and systems that power BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and more — not generic multi-brand knowledge.

Honest & Transparent

No upselling. No inflated quotes. Before any work begins, we show you exactly what needs to be done and why. You decide — we advise. That's how we've built lasting trust with every customer we serve.

Performance Focused

From routine maintenance to ECU remapping and track preparation — we understand that continental cars are engineered for performance. We respect that engineering and work to enhance it, not compromise it.

What We Do Best

Our Areas Of
Expertise

01

Advanced Diagnostics

OEM-equivalent scan tools for deep-level fault reading, coding, and system analysis across all major continental brands. We identify root causes, not just symptoms.

02

Scheduled Servicing

Full manufacturer-spec servicing using genuine OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. Engine oil, filters, fluids, brake inspections — everything logged and documented.

03

Performance Upgrades

ECU remapping, turbo upgrades, brake upgrades, suspension tuning, and exhaust work. We build cars for drivers who want more — on the road and on the track.

04

Hybrid & EV Servicing

Fully equipped to service hybrid and electric continental models. Battery health diagnostics, high-voltage system checks, and drivetrain servicing for modern platforms.

05

Engine & Drivetrain Work

Full engine rebuilds, overhauls, and top-end work. Gearbox servicing, clutch replacements, and drivetrain repairs handled with precision and the right tooling.

TEC AUTO SERVICES PTE. LTD. opened at Carros Centre in January 2019 as an independent workshop for European and continental cars. We are not tied to any dealer group, so what we recommend comes down to what your car needs.

The workshop runs the same diagnostic platforms the brands use: ISTA for BMW, XENTRY for Mercedes-Benz, and VCDS plus ODIS for Audi, Volkswagen and the rest of the VW Group. That lets us read manufacturer fault codes, run adaptations and coding, and reset services properly instead of guessing from a generic scanner.

If your BMW, Audi, Mercedes or VW is out of warranty or close to it, you get dealer-level work at independent-workshop prices, and straight answers about what can wait and what cannot.
